Fairly clean, popular hotel with convenient location away from the partying. Brand-new and well furnished room with a single bed, a decent TV, extra for balcony, attentive staff. Above average breakfast, a wide range of food and beverages. Very pleasant stay, as always.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Smari. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, ensuring that I never went hungry. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Reykjavik.

The hotel was located away from the center, but it was pleasant enough. It was close to a shopping mall, where you could find places to eat. The reception area had been modernized and the Scottish receptionist was full of information. The breakfast buffet offered a range of options, including cooked food, continental items, and hot drinks. The room had heating, a large wardrobe, and large windows with a great view.

The rooms' interior was outdated, with old brownish furniture and curtains that didn't fit.
